TCU Removal & Playground Redevelopment

a. Removal of the existing TCU.
b. Transport existing TCU as stated on drawings.
c. Protect existing trees within ROW and within site.
d. Protect adjacent buildings and structures and site improvements.
e. Excavation, earthwork and sheeting/shoring.
f. Provide new storm drainage inlets and storm structures such as channel drains, and manholes/junction boxes. Provide new storm piping.
g. Execute new rough grading and fine grading.
h. Provide new concrete curbs / walls / handball wall.
1. Provide all new handrails, special fences, etc
j. Provide ACM abatement and LBP removal.
k. Provide new chain link fence and gates.
1. Provide new asphalt paving and concrete paving
m. Provide all athletic equipment, exercise equipment and safety surface.
n. Provide landscape, boulder placement and plantings.
